- For drivers: SSN (for identity verification), driver's license, insurance documents, and bank account details
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
2. How We Use Your Information
- To match patients with available drivers
- To process and hold payments in escrow via Stripe
- To send booking confirmations, status updates, and receipts
- To verify driver identity and compliance
- To improve the platform and resolve disputes
3. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only:
- With your matched driver/patient as necessary to complete the booking
- With Stripe to process payments
- With law enforcement if required by law
4. Sensitive Information
Driver SSNs and bank account details are stored securely and used only for identity verification and payout processing. They are never displayed publicly and are only accessible to platform administrators.
5. Data Retention
We retain booking records and account data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Drivers who delete their profiles have their data removed from the platform immediately.
6. Security
We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, row-level access controls, and secure payment processing through Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through our support page. Drivers may delete their profiles at any time through the Driver Portal.
